I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Webb from Michael and Sons, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in diagnosing and servicing my HVAC system. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, walked me through what he was checking, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. His customer service was top-tier respectful, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me get the best results. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with great communication skills, but Jonathan delivered both. Because of his work, my system is running better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend Jonathan Webb and the team at Michael & Sons for anyone needing reliable HVAC service. Outstanding job!

No one wakes up on Black Friday thinking, “You know what I want? A brand new hot water heater.” But here we are. Adulting… truly the worse If I have to spend money I’d rather use on unnecessary gadgets, clothes, and things TikTok told me I needed, at least Luis made the pain bearable. He was knowledgeable, gave me options, and somehow managed to make me feel comfortable while I cried inside. Thank you, Luis, for walking me through the most un-fun purchase of the season. You deserve a medal. Or at least first dibs on the good Black Friday deals. I vote yall rename the company Michael, His Sons and Luis Too

Adam did an excellent job completing my service request. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He worked quickly without sacrificing quality and made sure everything was done correctly before leaving. I truly appreciate his great customer service and would definitely recommend him!

Peter A. was super helpful! Our sink had completely stopped working and when Peter arrived- in a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose and rectify the problem immediately. Michael and Son has been a great help to us since we've moved into our house. Their techs are very friendly, personable, and are very skilled at what they do. We've had them tune up our HVAC and install a new water heater and garbage disposal. I've appreciated the transparency of what we were getting into with the equipment and the variety of choices. We will continue service with them for sure.

Had a significant well pressure tank and filter issue. Josh was recommended to me by a friend, and I reached out to him. He returned my call in 15 minutes and was at my house 30 minutes later, assessing the situation. He arrived early the next morning with all the materials he needed, install the new tank and much larger and more efficient filter after explaining his thought process as to why this was necessary. He finished the work in less than five hours. Everything was professionally done in a neat and clean manner. More importantly, his demeanor and attitude was professional and personal. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!

Great service all around. I waited to write this review until after all of my contact and experiences with Michael and Sons were complete. I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about how helpful and great they were. Long story short I experienced a water leak that required an emergency visit to have my power shut off ( at 11 at night) and eventually my electrical panel replaced. Travis Phipps was my electrician through this whole process. From the emergency visit to the completion of my panel replacement he was communicative, consise, and overall pleasant to deal. He took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before doing anything. Michael and Sons got the necessary permit and even scheduled my inspection after the service was done. I also had to corrdinate some items through the manager Ashley and she was great as well. She always promptly returned any calls and provided updates in a timely manner. Overall, I would say this experience was really great. Michael and Sons took an extremely stressful situation and made it better by showing up and providing great customer service throughout. I would definitely recommend their services as well as use them in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Michael & Son’s Plumbing installing my on-demand hot water heater. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The technicians arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did high-quality work. The installation was clean, efficient, and now we have endless hot water exactly as promised. Customer service was responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Michael & Son’s Plumbing for anyone considering a tankless water heater or any plumbing work. Thank you Pete and Nolen!!!!
